The team at ‘Things 4 You’ know you’re excited to receive your gifts asap, as we are when we get to test out our own products, so that’s why we do our best to get them out the door with minimal delay, fast as possible.

 

 IS DELIVERY FREE?

YES!  Currently for a short time only, we deliver Worldwide for free!  We understand the cost of living is ridiculously high at the moment, so we are doing our best to keep our products at the most reasonable price possible.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Our warehouse takes about 1-3 business days to get products on their way.  We use several different freight carriers to transport your goods which all currently seem to be experiencing delays for several reasons.  Any pick up delays depend on each freight carrier, and if they have any unscheduled delays, we can’t do much from our end unfortunately.  Usually, shipping takes between 6-15 business days.  Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturers warehouse to save on the extra shipping and handling costs to keep prices as low as possible.  We thank you for your understanding if the couriers are delayed for any reason.

 

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

We are based in the magical Whitsundays, North Qld.  As beautiful as it is living and working in a special part of the world, sometimes being a little remote can cause extra delays unfortunately.  Guess that’s the price we have to pay for living in Paradise.  But we wouldn’t have it any other way, and we can definitely recommend visiting the area for your next holiday.
